The Zoning plan of Greenfields colony was approved by Director Town And Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh vide their memo No.3563 dated 1 April 94. Since than the plotholders are constructing their houses in the colony. While approving the Zoning plan, the Director, Town And Country Planning, Haryana, has laid down the following guidelines/conditions which are produced below for your information:
The land shown in the approved zoning plan shall be utilized in accordance with the marketing explained in the table below and in no other manner whatsoever. (applicable to plots)

Note:
Ancillary building to the main residential building shall mean building attached to or serving the main building. It shall include such buildings as garage, store room, fuel store and servant quarters or part of the main residential building.
The proportion up to which a site may be covered with buildings including ancillary buildings shall be in accordance with the following slabs, remaining portion being left open in the form of an open space round the building as courtyard.

Not more than two dwelling units shall be allowed on each plot. However, maximum number of dwelling units on each floor i.e. ground/first floor shall not be exceeded one dwelling unit.
No plot shall be sub-divided. However two plots under one ownership may be combined to form a single plot subject to the following conditions:-
All buildings other than boundary walls and gates shall be constructed only within the portion of this site marked as residential main or residential ancillary and no such building shall project beyond the portion of the site indicated as such.
